The listed prices show the cost of the apartment/night for 4 persons and, in high season, is the minimum cost for the apartment/night.
*In mid and low seasons, if one/two people stay in the apartment and require only one bedroom/bathroom, deduct 60€/night from the daily rate;
In all seasons, for 5/6 people - add 20€/adult/night. Add 10€/night for children under 12.
Babies under 2 are free and not included in guest numbers.
Notes:-
A cash, refundable, security deposit of 200€ is payable on arrival.
A 50€ cleaning and laundry surcharge is applied for a stay of four nights or less.
Late arrivals (between 22:00 and 24:00) and early departures (between 05:00 and 07:00) incur a 10€ ‘call out’ charge;
Arrivals and departures between 24:00 and 05:00 incur a 20€ ‘call out’ charge.
